We have invested in highly skilled human resources, bringing together diverse employees from around the globe, each contributing unique cultures and skills. Driven by a vision to excel, our team strives to be the best in their fields.

Equipped with advanced European-made machines and a cutting-edge semi-automated assembly line, Bake N More operates 24 hours a day, ensuring the capacity to produce high volumes of top-quality products.

An experienced Executive Pastry Chef with a strong operational background in Food Production, Manufacturing and history of 4 decades working in the Food & Beverage Industry including 13+ years for Emirates Flight Catering as Executive Pastry Chef.
Skilled in product development across various regional cuisines, recipe development and flavour profiling.

A recognized WACS approved Culinary Judge and dedicated to coach & training young chefs up and coming in the industry.
Combined with focus on Nutrition, Health and Fitness to move culinary experiences to the next level.
