Customer Relations Executive

Bake N More Factory is looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage daily communication, order processing, and coordination between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries.
Process and reconfirm daily orders.
Coordinate with Production, Packing & Logistics for smooth deliveries.
Track order readiness, delays, shortages, and urgent requests.
Log and follow up on customer complaints until resolved.
Maintain order records, customer updates, and daily reports.
Requirements
2–3 years experience in customer service or coordination (F&B preferred).
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Must be able to work from Al Quoz 3.
