Our B2B ordering cut-off time is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UAE time). Orders placed after this window will be processed on the next working day.
There are two ways to place an order:
- Create Purchase Order – Standard e-commerce style ordering.
- Upload LPO – For customers using their own ERP systems; you upload your LPO instead of emailing it.
This flow is similar to a normal online shop. Before confirming, please double-check:
- Correct product
- Correct quantity
- Correct delivery address
- Correct delivery date/time
- Agreed payment terms
Once confirmed, your purchase order will be processed by our team.
For customers with an existing ERP system, you can generate your own LPO in your system and upload it directly on the portal instead of sending it by email. Once submitted, it will be processed as an order.
Yes. Amendments are only allowed within 2 hours from the time the purchase order is created.
After 2 hours, the existing order must be cancelled and a new purchase order must be created with the required changes.

We deliver products fresh or frozen as agreed during your onboarding.
Standard delivery hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Regular delivery is available within Dubai.
Delivery to other Emirates is possible based on a minimum purchase volume agreed between both parties.
Each order must be AED 250 (excluding tax) per delivery location.
Orders below AED 250 will incur a delivery fee of AED 35.
For documentation and internal control, all invoices must be:
- Checked and verified on delivery
- Stamped with your company’s official receiving stamp

Failure to make payment:
- On Cash on Delivery, or
- Within the agreed credit period stated in your approved credit application
may result in suspension of further deliveries until all outstanding dues are cleared.
All fresh products must be checked at the time of delivery. In case of:
- Damage
- Wrong items
- Quality concerns
they must be returned immediately to the driver.
After delivery is completed, returns or refunds for fresh products will not be accepted.
