At Bake N More Factory LLC, we deliver fresh, frozen, and temperature-sensitive bakery, pastry, chocolate, catering, private label, and foodservice products with care and proper handling. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, responsibilities, and key conditions for orders placed through www.bakenmore.ae or directly with our sales team.

1. Delivery Coverage

Bake N More Factory LLC provides delivery across selected locations in the UAE, subject to order value, delivery schedule, product availability, and logistics capacity.

Delivery outside the UAE may be arranged for export orders based on minimum purchase volume, product feasibility, documentation requirements, and mutual agreement between both parties.

2. UAE Delivery Schedule

Our standard delivery window is between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dubai

Deliveries: Daily
Minimum Order Value: AED 250 excluding VAT per location
Orders below minimum value: AED 35 delivery charge

Abu Dhabi

Deliveries: Every Friday, or as mutually agreed
Minimum Order Value: AED 750 excluding VAT per location
Orders below minimum value: AED 120 delivery charge

Sharjah

Deliveries: Once per week, or as mutually agreed
Minimum Order Value: AED 500 excluding VAT per location
Orders below minimum value: AED 75 delivery charge

Delivery schedules may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, large events, road restrictions, or operational requirements.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

For next-day delivery, orders must be submitted between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Orders received after 4:00 PM may be processed for the following available delivery date, subject to product availability, production schedule, and logistics capacity.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may apply based on order value, delivery location, delivery frequency, special timing requests, chilled or frozen logistics requirements, and order volume.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated during quotation, order confirmation, or invoice preparation.

5. Fresh, Frozen & Temperature-Sensitive Products

Products may be delivered fresh, chilled, or frozen depending on the product type and agreed order terms.

Customers must ensure proper storage immediately after receiving the products. Bake N More Factory LLC will not be responsible for quality issues caused by delayed storage, improper handling, exposure to heat, broken cold chain, third-party transport, or failure to follow recommended storage conditions after delivery acceptance.

6. Delivery Acceptance

An authorized person must be available at the delivery location to receive the order.

At the time of delivery, the customer must:

  • Check product quantity and condition
  • Verify the invoice or delivery note
  • Sign and stamp with the official company receiving stamp
  • Report any damage, incorrect item, missing item, or quantity discrepancy immediately

Once the invoice or delivery note is signed, stamped, or accepted, the delivery will be considered received in good condition and correct quantity.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailable receiving person, access restrictions, delayed customer response, or refusal to accept the order, Bake N More Factory LLC may charge additional delivery fees for re-delivery.

For perishable, fresh, frozen, customized, catering, or made-to-order products, failed delivery may result in the order being charged in full.

8. Export Shipping

For export orders, a minimum lead time of 3–4 weeks is generally required from the date of official LPO confirmation, subject to product type, documentation, label review, laboratory testing, production planning, packing, and shipment readiness.

Export shipping may include:

  • Health certificates
  • Export documentation
  • Product labels and specifications
  • Packing and carton configuration
  • Logistics coordination
  • Customs and destination country requirements

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, export prices are quoted ex-factory in UAE Dirhams (AED). Customers are responsible for confirming destination country import regulations, customs clearance, product registration, and any additional requirements applicable in the importing country.

9. Collection from Facility

Where orders are collected directly from Bake N More Factory LLC or by the customer’s appointed logistics partner, the products must be inspected and confirmed at the time of handover.

Once products are collected, dispatched, or handed over to the customer’s logistics partner, Bake N More Factory LLC will not be responsible for damage, delay, temperature abuse, mishandling, customs issues, or transportation-related quality concerns.

10. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within agreed timelines, delays may occur due to production requirements, vehicle availability, weather conditions, road restrictions, government regulations, customs processes, public holidays, peak season demand, emergencies, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Bake N More Factory LLC will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
